Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your order from Nora & Blossoms, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Because many of our products are handmade, perishable, or seasonal (such as fresh wreaths, flowers, and kits containing natural materials), we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or issue refunds once these items have been dispatched.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Fresh flower wreaths or arrangements

Seasonal or custom-made wreath kits

Perishable or made-to-order items

Sale or discounted items
These products are made specially for you and often contain natural materials that can’t be resold or reused once shipped.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a fault with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@noraandblossoms.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly – whether that’s by sending a replacement, offering store credit, or finding another suitable solution.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only cancel if the order hasn’t yet been made or dispatched. Once items are prepared or shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
