When will my order arrive?
If your item is in stock, it’s usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. For pre-ordered wreaths or kits, the dispatch date is shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. You’ll get a notification when your parcel is on its way.
Do your wreath kits come with instructions?
Yes! Every kit comes with a QR code that links directly to a step-by-step video tutorial, so you can follow along at home at your own pace.
Do I need any experience to make a wreath?
Not at all! My kits and workshops are beginner-friendly - you just need a bit of curiosity and a willingness to get creative.
Where can I watch the tutorials?
All tutorials are available on my YouTube channel, and you’ll find the direct link on each product page.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, send us photos within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
